Triple 4 200TDi / 300TDi Engine timing cover alloy breather plate to fit all 200TDi & 300Tdi engines. These are the best TDi engine timing case breather plates on the market.

If you are fitting a timing case wading plug, then you must fit a timing case breather. Failure to do so will lead to a vacuum being created within the timing case when cold water hits your hot engine when wading. If the timing case is unable to take in more air (i.e. via the timing case breather, which allows the air inside the timing case to expand and contract), then the  vacuum will suck in air via the path of least resistance. This is usually through the front pulley oil seal, the seal distorts and allows water and mud into the timing case, not good!

Made from 5mm alloy plate, for the optimum combination of strength and weight, then expertly powder coated in black or orange. Our plates feature a fully threaded hole into which screws our Triple 4 90° elbow swivel union, which like all our unions, has a nickel plated brass & stainless steel hose locking mechanism. (no cheap plastic unions in our kits).  This union accepts our 8mm hose. Our kit also comes with a Triple 4 original equipment quality gasket and stainless steel cap head bolts and washers to fit both 200 and 300TDi timing covers.
