Triple 4 316 marine grade stainless steel rear cross member stainless bolt kit to fit all Land Rover Ninety, One Ten and Defender Models.
This version of our crossmember kit contains large domed pan head bolts with a Torx head. These replicates the style used by Land Rover on the Defender from approx 1998 onwards until the cease of production in 2016.
As with everything do, we like to sell the best, and our stainless steel bolt kits are no exception. This kit uses superior 316 marine grade stainless steel fixings.
Most other kits you find on the market use lower grade 304 stainless steel in their kits. 304 can corrode and tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals, such as cleaning products like traffic film remover and exposure to salt.
This kit allows you to replace the 10 rear cross member to tub fixings. You can either use the bolts with the existing captive nuts on the tub, if your vehicle has these fitted. Alternatively, if the captive nuts are missing on your tub, you can use the large washers and nyloc nuts provided in the kit.
The bolts in this kit are designed to be used without washers, however, in the kit we
provide you with 10 optional fitment larger washers. These washers are used under the bolt head to cover up any corrosion or "witness" marks where the old bolts have been removed.
